Happy (Old) New Year and stay warm!
Our friends in Arkhangelsk have reported very cold temperatures today, the first day of the New Year according to the Julian calendar. -37.2 degrees Celsius, or -34.96 degrees Fahrenheit! One positive of such cold temperatures is the visibility of the Norther Lights.
